Laser Therapy for Heel Pain

Your Achilles tendon connects your calf muscle to your heel bone, and when it becomes irritated and injured during exercise, work, and sporting activities, the pain can be extremely debilitating. Plantar fasciitis is another condition that can cause intense pain in the heel and each of these conditions can now be treated with our new MLS laser therapy. MLS laser therapy is a cutting-edge treatment that alleviates many types of pain, all the way from the neck and back down to the feet and ankles.

2 common sources of heel pain:

Achilles tendonitisThis is the largest tendon in your body, and it connects your heel bone to your calf muscle. The location where this tendon attaches to your heel bone is often the site of intense pain and discomfort caused by the stress of overuse.

Plantar fasciitisThis is one of the most common causes of heel pain. Stress or injury that affects the plantar fascia (the band of tissue that spans the bottom of your foot) often radiates to the heel area where it is most noticeable upon weight bearing.

MLS laser therapy improves blood circulation and promotes healing while providing rapid pain relief.
